Obsessing Over One Manuscript

Do you only have one project going right now? Are you all consumed by it?

If your answer is yes, that’s fine. Believing in a body of work is great. I tend to the other side of having multiple manuscripts going at once and slowly driving myself crazy because I want to finish them all now.

A happy medium is to have several projects going at the same time while keeping yourself on a schedule. If you give yourself space to complete the projects you won’t get overwhelmed and have a sense of accomplishment.
